Can unlimited long distance service really cut my bills?

Lets say you're dialing 12 hours per day (from 8:00am to 8:00pm), making calls to update customers, generate leads, notify members of an event, or the like. This means, if each call takes about a minute, that you're making about 700 calls a day. Multiply this times 30 days per month and that's about 21,000 calls per month. If your current long distance service is charging you - say 7 cents a minute, that $1,470 per month for dialing out on a single line. Hard to believe - but true.

With our unlimited service, you're only going to be paying $199.95 for the same volume of calling. This means you're going to save $1,270.05 per line on your dialing. Multiply this by 4 or 8 for a 4 line or 8 line system and you'd save $5080.20 if you're using a 4 port system or $10,160.40 for an 8 porter. What are you waiting for?

When will my service be activated?

Within 3 to 5 business days, you will be contacted by Email or phone to confirm your service is active.  You will be given your access number at that time.  In most cases, your service will be activated within 72 hours.

Can I use the service from any phone?

No. You must use this service from the number(s) you gave to us when you signed up.  Using the access number from another phone number will incur per-minute charges. You can register for additional lines for your home or business. You'll then receive the same low discounted rates for your additional lines. Added lines need not be at the same physical location as your home or business.

Does this replace my current long distance company?

Your plain old long distance provider will become a backup to your unlimited rate lines.  If you choose to place long distance calls through your existing provider, you'll incur charges at your agreed-upon rates with them.

How do I make calls?

You'll pick up your telephone and dial the local access number given to you when you activate your service.  Then you'll just dial your long distance number (1 + area code + number).  That's it!  No Internet access or special equipment is required.

Do I need to use a PIN code?

No!  Our network automatically recognizes your phone number and validates you as an active customer.

Where can I call?

Anywhere in the 48 connected United States.  Calls are not currently processed to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or the Caribbean.

How does The Network work?

The network is a system of circuits & switches owned and maintained by a national telecommunications company.  Your phone calls are sent over this virtual private network (VPN), never touching the Internet.  That means your calls are carrier-quality, unlike most Internet Telephone services. 

Are there any hidden costs?

None.  The monthly Network Access Charge is the only cost for our service.  There are never any bong charges, hidden costs, or surcharges.

What am I risking to try it out?

As little as $199.95 covers your calls on the network for a whole month.

Is there a contract?

No, our service is month-to-month.  If you're not satisfied, you can cancel your service at any time.

How do I pay my bill?

The monthly Network Access Charge is billed automatically to your personal or business checking account, on the same day of the month that you originally signed up for service.  After that, all your calls that month on the network are free!
