Auto Dialer and Voice Mail Turn-Key Systems

Turnkey Systems

Talking Technology builds turnkey systems that have our voice mail and auto dialer packages installed in personal computers. Talking Technology call processing systems, including the BigmOuth Package (Standard and Goldmine versions) and the PowerVoice for Windows Package, are available in turnkey configurations. All systems are sold without monitors (monitor ready), though monitors can be provided upon request. Typically, because of high shipping costs, it is generally more cost effective for our customers to purchase their monitors locally. Our basic computer system is detailed below:

  • Impression 693AS Motherboard w/Sound
  • ATX Mid Tower Case and Power Supply
  • Memory: 64MB PC-100 DRAM, expandable to 256MB
  • Hard Drive: 10GB Ultra ATA/66
  • Graphics: AGP 2X graphics bus
  • Video Memory: Intel 4MB SDRAM
  • USB Ports: 2
  • Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional with service pack 1 for PowerVoice for Windows (multiple line system), Windows 98 2nd Edition for BigmOuth Standard and Goldmine versions (single line system)
  • MS Compatible Mouse
  • 1.44 MB Floppy Disk
  • 10.2 GByte Hard Disk
  • 120 Watt Speakers
  • All required cables and line cords
  • PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse
  • 52x CD-ROM

BigmOuth (Standard and Goldmine version) is a single line system and is not expandable - additional ports can't be added.

The PowerVoice for Windows package comes in a base configuration of four ports (operates on 4 telephone lines). It can be ordered in 8 port through 48 port configurations or upgraded with additional ports at any time.

We can change our basic computer configuration to suit your individual needs. Even though our basic configuration as described above has more than sufficient computing power to operate our call processing systems, we can easily upgrade or modify our systems. Examples of possible upgrades are listed directly below:

  • 56K modem
  • Additional Memory
